Automotive Scanning

An “H-Point” is a point on the mannequin located at the pivot center of the back pan and cushion pan assemblies, on the lateral centerline of the device. An “Actual H-Point” is an H-point measured on physical properties of seats, with the HPM mannequin using the procedures defined in SAE J826.

“H point" means the pivot centre of the torso and thigh of the 3 DH machine installed in the vehicle seat in accordance to SAE J826..

Technically, the H-point measurement uses the hip joint of a 50th percentile male occupant, viewed laterally,[2] and is highly relevant to national and international vehicle design standards such as global technical regulations (GTR). For example, a vehicle design standard known as the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) J1100 Interior Measurement Index sets parameters for such measurements as H30 (H-point to vehicle floor); H5 (H-point to pavement surface), H61 (H-point to interior ceiling) and H25 (H-point to window sill).

The driver and All Passengers vision and obstructs angles(360°) are measured.

Surface Dimension

We Provided All the windshield, window, Dotted matrix, Wiper Sweeps, Footprint Area and sunroof glass surface area are measured.
